Home Inventory Services
$100/hr with 2 hour minimum
This fee is based upon the time spent in your home and includes:
The average cost ranges from $300 for an apartment, $500 for the average home, to $1,000 and up for a large home with specialized collections. (Detailed item-by-item records of large collections, particularly those requiring bar code or ISBN recording, can increase the time required to complete your inventory. Our efficient home inventory specialists will complete all services as efficiently as possible.)
This fee is based upon the time spent in your home and includes:
- Time spent in your home to inventory your items,
- Document preparation,
- Supplies,
- Theft deterrent window sticker,
- One (1) digital inventory catalog on CD
- One (1) backup inventory catalog on CD on file with our office*

Additional Copies
Hard copy of inventory catalog $50.00 each
Additional CD copies of inventory catalog $10.00 each (AFTER original copy and off-site backup copy - both included in original price)
Additional off-site copies ensure the security of your inventory catalog. If you were to suffer a fire or misplace your records, a backup is invaluable. Also, many clients prefer to have copies of their inventory catalog on file with their insurance agent and/or local police.

Updates
Over time, most people sell items and buy other items. We recommend yearly updates to ensure the accuracy of your home inventory catalog.

One (1) year interval $50.00/hr
Two (2) or more years interval $75.00/hr

You will receive a new, updated digital copy of your inventory catalog.

Our premium Price Lock Service Plan includes:
The price for the Price Lock Service Plan is based upon your initial service. For example, if your initial service plan was for two (2) hours, the prepaid Price Lock Service Plan is just $1,000.00. Additionally:
Over the course of a decade, your needs and household composition can change radically. Even if you require a major update within the ten (10) years of your Price Lock Service Plan, we will provide you with full service at no additional cost. At the end of the Price Lock Service Plan, you can opt for an additional 10 Year Plan, based upon the previous year's actual time requirement. Loyal customer discounts apply.
*If you would prefer, you may choose to retain the second digital copy rather than keep it on file with us.

- 6 hours = $3,000
