Nelson Home Inventory Services offers full inventory services for small businesses in the Puget Sound, Washington region. Our service charge is determined by the amount of time spent in your place of business and covers all aspects of our inventory cataloging service.

We can prepare a digital backup of your important business documents. Documents to be included are:

Business Record Archival
Business records and documents can be a cumbersome burden. Nelson Home Inventory Services can scan and digitally archive your records, reducing the space required for all of your old records to a series of CDs. Price is based upon the extent of documentation to be archived -- and whether you bring your documents to us or we pick them up. Complimentary document shredding is included in the price of service.
A complimentary consultation is available for an assessment of record volume and resulting estimate. (Please note: A travel fee will be assessed for locations beyond 15 miles from our office.)

For large jobs, on-location services are available. Hourly fees will take into account the time required to bring in and set-up our archival equipment.
All business archival services include two (2) digital copies of your records. We recommend keeping one (1) copy off-site, preferably in a safe deposit box. We can also set-up "Cloud" backup for your convenience.

- Travel fee of $.50 mile each way beyond 15 miles.
(For example, if you are located 70 miles from us, the travel fee would be $55.00 total. Contact to verify 'official' distance.)

- Inventory catalog preparation
- Hard copy inventory catalog in binder
- Two (2) digital copies of inventory catalog on CD
- Two (2) Theft Deterrent Window Clings
- Free Off-site backup for at least 5 years

For example, if you are located 70 miles from us, the travel fee would be $55.00 total. That's 70 miles - 15 miles = 55 miles. 55 miles x 2 (each direction) = 110 miles. One hundred and ten miles x .50/mile = $55.00 - Contact to verify 'official' distance.
- Travel fee is waived if we are traveling to provide you another service concurrently.
